Office assistant



Position: Office assistant.
Reporting: Project coordinator

Key responsibilities
1.    Maintain records of all incoming and outgoing correspondence in the organization and attend to all visitors and customers in a professional manner.
2.    Maintain a good image of the organization and ensure first class customer service.
3.    Schedule and maintain the diary of appointments and meetings and make necessary arrangements for the same.
4.    Carry out all front office duties as assigned and ensure teamwork with the rest of the office team.
5.    Assisting in other office duties including cleaning and preparing office tea.

Education and Experience
   
1.    Diploma in front office /certificate in Customer service
2.    3 years experience in a similar  
3.    Excellent ICT abilities in MS Office.
4.    Good report writing skills.
5.    Creative and Practical.
6.    Aggressive doer (less talk, more action!)
