PERSONAL LOANS OFFICERS (NAIROBI, NYERI, THIKA, NAKURU, KISUMU, BUNGOMA AND ELDORET COUNTIES)   HR/08/12/001

Responsibilities
  • Selling the Company’s Personal Loan products
  • Generating new markets and sustains and retains old customers.
  • Ensuring full customer satisfaction in their dealings and resolving Clients problems when they arise.
  • Completing face to face calls frequently and doing follow ups on the clients
  • Promoting and selling other company’s products or services, solicit new and additional business
  • Promoting the image of the Company.
Minimum Requirements
  • Must have a diploma or a bachelors’ degree in business, marketing or any other related field.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in selling personal loans.
  • Must be able to communicate clearly and fluently in both English and Swahili.
  • Must possess the will to learn, take on new challenges and travel widely.
  • Should be self-confident and innovative
