Our client, a well established IT firm that offers IT support service to many companies with a clientele base ranging from Small Market Enterprises to Multinational companies, seeks to recruit a dynamic, self driven and professional Indexer who will also act as a client liaison executive as part of the document digitization system (DDS) implementation. 

The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business and provide service to the existing clients as well as organize, sort and categorize documents in clusters according to client specifications.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information; establishing entry priorities.
  • Scope and identify all potential DDS customers in the country.
  • Process customer and account source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies; resolving discrepancies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to the team leader for resolution.
  • Maintain customer confidence and protect operations.
  • Manage a large pool of Data Entry Clerks.
  • Follow-up on prospective clients for both IT Supports and DDS business opportunities.
  • Manage correct information for company records.
Qualifications and Experience
  • A Degree/Diploma in Information Technology or Statistical discipline.
  • Experience in product selling, and Marketing with bias to IT solutions Information Management are an added advantage.
  • Proficiency with computer use.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Team approach-willingness to work in cooperation and collaboration.
  • Good judgment, initiative, commitment, as well as resourcefulness.
