Our client, wines, spirits and beer distributor urgently seeks to fill the above vacant position

Roles and Duties

· To be in charge of the sales team

· To ensure sales target are market

· Ensure customers are served to their satisfaction

· To grow sales

· Use market intelligence and provide feedback to the management

Qualifications

· Diploma in Sales & Marketing and/or Management

· Selling experience for more than five years, preferably in distribution

· Experience in medium-level management for more than four years

· Computer Literate

· Good in numbers

· Clean Driving License with proven driving skills for more than five years

Personal Attributes

· General Intelligence:

· Quick thinker

· Alert and able to think on feet

· Pro-active

· Mature

· Quick Learner

· Self motivated and self drive

· Ability to deal with people in a firm and confident manner

· Fluency in English and Kiswahili

· High level of Integrity

· Ability to work for long hours

· Ability to work under pressure
