Responsibilities
​Reporting to the Nursing Manager, the clinical Nurse is responsible to provide nursing care in both in and out patient settings.  S/he will need to promote and maintain high standards of professional nursing care to meet the needs of paediatric and child health services.  S/he will participate actively in decision making related to patient care and will ensure patients’ safety, dignity and respect are maintained at all times.
Requirements
​Applicants should:
  • have a Diploma in Nursing (KRN/M or KRCHN) from an accredited School of Nursing
  • have current licensure with the Kenya Nursing Council 
  • have a minimum of 2 years continuous clinical experience from a recognized health institution
  • be Basic Life Support (BLS) certified and membership in NNAK is essential
A Bachelor of Science in Nursing will be an added advantage
