Food and Beverage Manager
Kenyatta University wishes to recruit qualified and dedicated applicants for the following vacant position:
Food and Beverage Manager
Applicants must be holders of KCE division II/ KCSE mean grade C+ and Bachelors degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management/ Hotel Management or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
In addition, the applicant should have the following:
At least three (3) years relevant working experience in a three (3) to five (5) star hotel
Computer literate
Leadership skills
Passion for cuisine and beverage management
Knowledge of cost control of food and beverage
Excellent writing skills
Ability to solve complaints
Self motivated and proactive
Applicants with an Advanced Diploma in the relevant field may also be considered on condition that they have at least five (5) years relevant working experience. The successful applicant will be responsible for the management of food and beverage preparation and service.
Terms of Service:
The terms of service for the above include a generous medical scheme, house allowance and commuting allowance. Successful candidates will be offered two (2) year renewable performance - based contract and gratuity will be paid at the end of the contract.
