Human Resource Supervisor - Talent Management

Nature and Scope of Work

This position reports to the Human Resources Manager. This job coordinates the talent management function and ensures that all the human resources policies are effectively carried out.

Key Responsibilities 

Ensure that the Employee Training and Development function is efficiently executed with liaison with the Human Resources Managers, determining training needs, liaising with DIT for timely approvals and timely payment for professional examinations, and membership to professional bodies.
Manage the recruitment & selection function, by ensuring timely vacancy advertisement both internal and external, coordinate the short listing of candidates, organizing for interviews and eventually conducting the induction process.
Manage the Performance Management process by training on the performance appraisal tool, analyzing the appraisals and summarizing the ratings and key remarks from the supervisor/ managers and compiling a report for the management.
Supervises the record management and ensures that all Human resources files relating to staff and talent management are up to date.
Responsible for leavers' management. This ensures that staffs are cleared and their terminal dues processed on time.
Timely preparation of talent management reports e.g. the human capital data done monthly and quarterly.
Management of HRCustomerCare & Britam HR emails. Handling all incoming and outgoing communications as deemed necessary.
Co-ordinates in liaison with the HR Manager, the company functions, e.g. team building activities, annual awards and Christmas parties, and also interact with the social activities committees in organizing the various events.
Coordinates the activities of the job evaluation team in liaison with the HR Manager.
Effective supervision of staff in talent management section department.

 Qualification, Knowledge and Experience 

University degree in Business related degree.
Post graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management
Two years in a similar position is desirable.
Proficiency in MS office
Well developed analytical and interpersonal skills
