Human Resources Officer

CARE International in Kenya is looking for a qualified candidate to fill the following position within its Refugee Assistance Program (RAP) in Dadaab, North Eastern Kenya.  This is a non-family duty station.
Human Resources Officer – (Ref: HRO/06/13)-Dadaab
Reporting to the Human Resources Coordinator at the Dadaab Sub Office, the HR Officer will be responsible for Recruitment and placement, participate in the implementation of HR policies and procedures, organize learning sessions to disseminate CARE policies, prepare leave and Personal Activity reports on a monthly basis and submit them to the HR manager for review.
