ICT Professional

Looking for ICT Professional to lead a bank IT.
1.Three to Five years of experience in a leadership role in an IT related division or company preferably within the financial services sector.

2.Experience in formulating policy, developing and implementing new strategies is required as well as hands on networking experience in a CISCO and Oracle 10g , 11g, environment is required. 

3.A CISCO networking certification would be helpful . Experience with core banking systems would also be appreciated.
