1. Qualifications: Diploma in Sales & Marketing and Management
 
v  Selling & marketing experience for at least 3 years
v  Experience in management of staff for more than two years
v  Experience in designing and implementing strategies
v  Clean Driving License with proven driving skills for more than five years
v  Computer Literate
 
 
2. General Intelligence: Quick thinker
 
v  Pro-active and efficient
v  Mature in handling conflicts
v  Quick Learner
v  Self motivated and self driven
                         
3. Special Attributes: Excellent management skills
 
v  Fluency in both spoken and written English and Kiswahili
v  High level of Integrity
 
4. Disposition: Outgoing
 
v  Ability to work for long hours & flexible
v  Ability to work under pressure & with minimum supervision
v  Excellent team player
                         
5. Availability: Willing to begin working in one month’ time

Job Description Working under the guidance and supervision of the Nutrition Manager, The Senior Nutrition Officer (SNO) will lead the implementation of all nutrition related activities at the IRC run health facilities (main hospital and 2 health posts) and communities in the refugee settlement and the surrounding host communities in Hagadera refugee camp.
