HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER

OUTPUTS:
·         Provided professional generalist HR guidance and support to client groups, with a specific focus on recruitment and selection
·         Assisted HR business Partners in the implementation of HR initiatives
·         Conducted competency-based interviews in line with company policy and legislative requirements
·         Conducted/arranged assessments for selection and development purposes
·         Facilitated and implemented career development processes
·         Co-ordinated and arranged learning and development processes
·         Ensured appropriate divisional induction processes for new staff
·         Conducted training needs analysis and reported the recommendations
·         Facilitated team effectiveness sessions
·         Facilitated conflict resolution.
·         Facilitated and implemented performance management processes
·         HR Reporting (monthly, training, assessments, projects)
·         Transactional HR excellence - effective back office liaison

QUALIFICATION:
·         A Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or equivalent from a recognized university
·         Diploma/ Higher diploma in HR from  a recognised institution
·         2-3 years work experience in similar role


FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES:

·         Online Recruitment
·         Recruitment strategies: headhunting etc.
·         Learning and Development processes
·         Understanding of performance management processes
·         Hands-on exposure to the various career development processes
·         Human Resources information systems understanding
·         Knowledge of Labour Legislation
