company policy and legislative requirements

Conducted/arranged assessments for selection and
development purposes
·
Facilitated and implemented career development processes
·
Co-ordinated and arranged learning and development
processes
·
Ensured appropriate divisional induction processes for
new staff
·
Conducted training needs analysis and reported the
recommendations
·

QUALIFICATION:
·
A Bachelors Degree in Business
Administration or equivalent from a recognized university
·
Diploma/ Higher diploma in
HR from a recognised institution
·
2-3 years work experience
in similar role
