Our client, a leading Data recovery solutions provider in Africa, offering data recovery and data management software, data protection, data backup, data eraser software and services to clients in a wide range of sectors and circumstances, from commercial organizations, governments, charities and the public sector, through to home users seeks to recruit an Online Marketer. The ideal candidate should be a fresh graduate.

Key Responsibilities

• Screening and moderating user submitted content, answering support requests and performing support functions
• Answering Online Help Requests
• Updating social media profiles and advising about new trends
• Managing the development and launch of display advertisements
• Promoting and spreading awareness about specific products within the company’s portfolio via the internet
• Ensuring that the company’s website is user-friendly and that traffic is increasing
• Integrating other online presences including social media outlets with email campaigns
• Soliciting customer feedback, following up on responses and optimizing campaigns accordingly

Key Skills and Competences

• Degree\ Diploma in Business related field
• Internet and Computer literate
• Good communication skills both written and spoken
• Ability to network
• Ability to multitask and take up more workload when required
• Very good work ethics (is reliable, motivated, professional)
