Job Description
Do you love cars? Our client in Motor industry is seeking to recruit Customer Care personnel to join their dedicated teamDuties and Responsibilities
o Understand the Automotive market (car brands, types and models), (tires brands, patterns and sizes)
o Understand customer’s needs and expectation.
o Provide and propose the best solution that meets customers’ needs.
o Quote and close the sales order on the initial customer enquiry.
o Up-sell and cross-sell company products and services offered by the outlet to maximize the turnover and profits.
o Effectively manage and solve customers’ complains.
o Build and maintain effective working relationships with operational colleagues and workshop staff.
o Act as a mentor to other members of the Sales Team
o Be professional and approachable at all times, providing an excellent service to all customer
Qualifications;
o Diploma is sales and marketing, Customer Service or other related field
o Should have a B in maths and a Mean Grade of B in KCSE
o 2 years Experience in sales/customer care
o Motor industry experience is an added advantage
o Good customer care skills.
