We are seeking to recruit a Senior Service Desk Analyst in our IT Department. We invite candidates who are result oriented, dynamic and self-driven with proven track records and attributes to excel in a highly competitive environment.
Job Summary This job holder will be responsible for ensuring efficient and cost effective first and second line support to end users within the agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs), managing and maintaining IT services related servers, routinely maintaining the servers and ensuring the security of systems.
