A new Kisumu based Marketing/Technology Company is looking for qualified individuals for the following positions to based in KISUMU with immediate availability.
Office Administrator
Key Tasks
· Answering and receiving calls and clients
· Presenting the company product or service in a structured professional
· General office administration
· Sending invoices and quotations to clients
· Managing company technology assets (computers, machinery)
· Company contact between clients and suppliers
· Sending daily work logs/reports to the Management
Requirements:
· Certificate course in Business Administration and Computer Packages
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (Writing and Verbal)
· Strong presentation skills
· Ability to work under minimum supervision
· Creative and innovative person
