Undertake Monthly Audits on 5% of all
Installations countrywide

Submit Monthly Reports

Ensure Installer Training is up to date
·
Installer Website maintained
·
Training done on installer Application
interface ERP system

Installer Manual Up to date with new
products and Technology.
Responsibilities:
·
Decoder Repair Process Finalized and Signed
·
Decoder Repair Centers Accredited
·
Decoder Repair Centers once a year Audited
·
Spares and Accessories Logistical Process working with
minimal delays
·
All Decoder Repair Technicians trained.
·
Faulty Decoder Backlogs Managed.
·
Agreements in place between Decorder service providers (Pace)
and all Repair Facilities.
·
Monthly Reports received from all Repair Centers
·
Support and manage all technical problems
·
Ensure all installers are up to date with IPTV systems and
understand the different systems available.
·
Distributed all relevant Technical Information to all
installers
·
