Training Coordinator

 Capacity Africa Institute is capacity building organization.

 We are now recruiting for the following post:

Training Coordinator to be based in the Nairobi office.

The person to be recruited must have the following:

1)       Experience in managing training programmes in an NGO /Training Consultancy Setting with at least 5yrs experience.

2)       Experience in writing proposals

3)      Experience in managing E-learning Programmes

4)      Marketing Experience

5)      Ability to manage a team

6) Excellent communication skills

7) Must be a graduate in Social Sciences.

8) Experience in training .
