Ground support for all airlines at Doha Airport
Qatar Aviation Services (QAS) is responsible for providing ground handling services at Hamad International Airport for Qatar Airways and a host of other airlines serving HIA. This covers everything from porters to baggage handlers/loaders, aircraft cleaners to equipment operators, and drivers to customer service agents.
About Your Job:
The selected candidate will be responsible to provide professional, warm and customer focused service to the passengers in the Lounge and being well prepared for their needs. He/she will need to keep all passengers in the lounge informed regarding their flight departure and any other information pertaining to their flight, Greet passengers as they enter the Lounge and introduce them to all aspects of the Lounge product, advising them of all available services and offering assistance where required to maintain customer service, Ensure that the reception desk are always manned, and operationally prepared in order to be available for guest as a point of contact, Prepare passenger information sheet and Answer quires.
About You:
The applicant should have completed high school or have a Diploma in Hotel Management with a minimum of 02 years’ experience in passenger handling preferably in customer services role or 01 year experience in hospitality Industry, Completed advanced courses or equivalent in Passenger Handling & Customer Services such as Introduction to Civil Aviation, Airport Passenger Handling and Check-in systems. He/she should have good working knowledge of the various Departure Control Systems, excellent communication skill and be customer focused
