Recruitment Intern

Flexi Personnel Limited is a leading recruitment company in Kenya is in search of a Recruitment Intern, who will assist the Recruitment Officer in attracting candidates and matching them to positions with client companies.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• The jobs vary from entry-level roles to Middle level roles.
• The intern liaises with the Recruitment Officer to assist client companies, building relationships in order to gain a better understanding of their recruitment needs and requirements.
• Assist in drafting advertising copy for use in a wide range of media, as well as by networking, headhunting and through referrals.
• Assist in Screening candidates, interview them, do background checks, and finally match candidates to their clients.

Roles:

• Assisting  the Recruitment Officer in Building  relationships with clients;
• Assisting in Advertising vacancies appropriately by drafting and placing adverts in a wide range of media (e.g., newspapers, websites, magazines);
• Assisting in Headhunting – identifying and approaching suitable candidates;
• Receiving and reviewing applications, Assisting in managing interviews and short-listing candidates;
• Assist in Requesting references and checking the suitability of applicants before submitting their details to the employer;
• Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question;
• Organizing interviews for candidate as requested by the client;
• Informing candidates about the results of their interviews;

Qualification:

• Diploma or Bachelors Degree in social science
• Willingness to learn the recruitment process
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Honest, high integrity and transparent.
• A person with a pleasant attitude and ability
• Quick learner with exceptional organizational skills
