Locum Medical Officer
Description Working under the guidance and supervision of the Clinical Services Manager the Locum medical officer will specifically be responsible for: Daily clinical assessment and prescription of treatment to all patients attending the hospital. Organizing with fellow Doctors weekly work schedule to ensure that all days are adequately covered. Conducting wards rounds and participate in the on-call system as per schedule. Performing surgeries in the hospital theatre both elective and emergency. Ensuring quality of care and up to date patient investigation, management and follow up. Conducting special clinics for the chronic patients. Identifying and coordinating referral of patients to secondary and tertiary facilities He/she may be required to support the IRC Camp hospital depending on coverage.
