Patient Mediated Product Manager oversees the development of technologies related to RWE patient driven studies including patient access, patient engagement, and data collection directly from the patient. The Product Manager ensures the product roadmap supports the goals and strategy of the business and reflects market intelligence and end-to-end user needs. Manages requirements gathering, product specification, and implementation review. Manages the product development process by translating user testing and feedback into feature/function requirements. May be involved in strategy sessions for future uses cases. Additionally, the Product Manager is responsible for all aspects of product development by coordinating with the product management team, engineering, and technology teams, and marketing to successfully release new products on time and within budget. Interacts with internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs and promote new products.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide product management oversight and invoke product management discipline in projects already in flight without business product management representation.

Partnering with specialty pillar lead to continuously evaluate needs and pillar strategy development.

Originate new products in concert with end-to-end user needs and business models through the use of progressive elaboration.

Develop a product roadmap(s) supporting a balance of user needs, business direction, and competitive landscape.

Creates product strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the product development.

Organize interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the product on schedule and within budget constraints.

Liaises with internal technology solution teams and outside vendors to maintain product management oversight of initiatives, programs and products.

Deep knowledge of the developed products and solid knowledge of the IQVIA strategy and vision for the product.

Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in the area of specialization.

Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others.

Minimum Requirements:

A minimum of three (3) years of industry experience in developing patient-mediated solutions, including data collection from wearables, remote monitoring, etc.

A minimum of three (3) years of Product Management experience.

Agile experienced.

Outstanding verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills, including a positive and professional attitude, ability to establish peer relationships internally across company departments and cross-functional and external teams.

Full life-cycle product development experience.

Bachelor's degree is required.

Problem-solving skills and the ability to effectively prioritize program deliverables.

The ability to comfortably and confidently present to all levels within the organization and to work with both technical and non-technical individuals.

Must be detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to self-motivate and deliver.

Ensure compliance with company policies.

Soft-skills:

Demonstrated ability to work and multi-task in a dynamic, high-paced environment and effectively manage change.

High energy, self-motivated, approachable, and articulate team player able to perform with minimal supervision.

Comfort with and understanding of clinical data.

Strong attention to detail demonstrating accuracy in tracking and reporting data.

Ability to absorb and ingest: Complete and understand complex analysis of numbers and data focusing on health care data/bioinformatics; and read, analyze, and interpret complex written materials.

High EQ to develop a team to meet company standards; respond appropriately to feedback to make improvements and maintain positive working relationships.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:

Proven ability to coordinate multifaceted projects, including multitasking, deliverables management, and timeline management.

Knowledge of modern business communication, office procedures, and methods.

Influence with and without authority in a cross-functional role

Demonstrated knowledge of project management skills, tools, and processes

Proficiency with standard team collaboration tools, project management software, enterprise resourcing planning.

Microsoft Office Suite, experience with Aha! as a plus.

Ability to establish priorities, work independently with minimal supervision, and facilitate teamwork.
