Job Description: Based at the Corporate Office, this position is responsible for delivery of excellent call services to ensure superior customer experience for all customers calling the organization.

Qualifications: Diploma in a Business-Related field, a minimum of 1 years’ experience in a similar position will be required.

Key Competencies: Customer Focus, Teamwork, Managing performance, Results Oriented, Reliability with demonstrated interpersonal skills and a high degree of professionalism and ethics
