Area Operations Manager

Our client based in South Sudan focuses on importing & distributing Of premium packed foodstuff, operating from the capital city of Juba.

Would like to hire an operations manager ASAP.

The candidate will be in charge of;
1.      Operations
2.      Monitor sales executives
3.      In charge of warehousing and logistics
4.      Control of accounts ( receivables and payables)
5.      Set up policies / procedures and implementation
6.      Excellent communication skills ( written / oral)
7.      A self starter / energetic.
8.      Someone who can build a world class company in a collegial environment.
9.      Should be good in presentations
10.     Leadership skills and interpersonal relations.
11.     Excel and PowerPoint expertise.
12.     Fleet management
13.     Administration.


Desired qualifications
•       MBA
•       Experience 7 years and above in FMCG industry.
•       Added advantage if they have sold food stuff.
•       Willingness to relocate to Juba.
•       A successful track record of past experience in marketing and or operations.

We will need reliable referees if shortlisted for an interview.
