MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB:
You are CarePay’s first point of contact towards companies in the Health Insurance, Fund Management and Insurance Brokers’ industries. You will be the one responsible to convince these organisations to use CarePay’s services. In consideration that CarePay is a start-up and hence does not have a long track
record, your belief in CarePay’s mission and your persistence will be crucial to persuade such organizations to become CarePay’s client.

When you are successful, it means that you will not only have met our stretching sales targets, but that you will also be able to set up and manage your own sales team in the near future.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop annual sales plans
 Translate company’s sales target into individual sales targets
 Monitor and report sales performance on a continuous basis and ensure adjustments to sales strategies where necessary
 Responsible for channel management including training and support to clients

 Negotiate contracts with clients including terms, conditions and pricing
 Input into the formulation of all sales policies, practices and procedures.
 Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops;
reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in
professional societies.

1. Number of clients brought on board
2. Number of individual users on the CarePay platform
3. Revenue generated
4. Profits generated

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE: 
 A university degree in marketing or business studies or related field
 A minimum of seven (7) years sales experience
 Experience in developing marketing and sales strategies
 Experience in building new business (line) from scratch is highly preferable
 Proven success in your sales ability and demonstrable full knowledge of the sales process.
 Strong network in the Health Insurance / Fund Management / Insurance Brokers industry is preferable

 Excellent communication skills in all forms including written, oral, email, telephone, and presentation.
 Proven ability to motivate people
 A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is required
