Showroom Stores & Deliveries Supervisor.

Our client, a leading world class supplier of industrial and domestic appliances is seeking to recruit a Showroom stores & deliveries supervisor.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
STORES MANAGEMENT
1. Co-coordinating the deliveries to clients on a daily basis
2. Management of the Installers – discipline and allocation of duties
3. Management of the fleet of delivery vehicles in liaison with the Transport Manager
4. Ordering of stocks ex GD4 for deliveries and displays per requirement
5. Management of Helpers with the Showroom Sales Supervisor
6. Ensure all D notes both SIO and INC’s are received daily from the installers
7. Ensure all installation protocols are completed in liaison with the Sales staff
8. managing stocks of spares – Gas Piping, Electrical Cables, Nozzels and other spare part accessories required for installations
9. Correspondence – managing the deliveries email address with the assistance of the customer care supervisor
10. Any other duties as required by management
DELIVERIES MANAGEMENT
1. Management of Showroom Stores
2. Receiving of Stocks into the Showroom Stocks from the various locations – GD4, Service Centres, Third Party Suppliers
3. Records Management – maintaining proper records of the Location Transfers; goods received from 3rd Party Suppliers; entering received goods into Orion; Stock Adjustments; Material Issues; Consignments;
4. Management of Stocks by ensuring that monthly stock takes are taken, variances reported to HOD and Sales Staff and resolved within the current month and maintaining all reports related to stock takes
5. Management of Consignments – ensuring all paper work processed in accordance to procedures and follow up with respective staff to ensure returns within the stipulated time frame
6. Special Offer Codes – to ensure that all items sold under Special Offer Codes are analysed to ensure they are sold in accordance to the procedure (DO2; Special Prices; Sample Items; Special offers). Adjustments are correctly processed in Orio.
7. Re ordering levels – to liaise with Sales Staff to ensure all items available in GD4 has been ordered by the Sales Staff
8. Pending Location Transfers – to ensure all stock entries and exits are processed in Orion from both ends – the receiving and dispatching
9. INC D Notes – to work with Accounts office & Showroom Administrator ensuring all Invoices released from GD4, the D Notes are receive.
10. Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by Superior.
