Director of Operations

An internationally recognized organised with centres and offices in every region, country, city and village around the world is looking for people to fill the position of Director of Operations.

Reporting to a chief associate or 2 or 3 depending on the region and need - The job specifications and qualifications are as follows:

1. To be able to serve the needs of the associate - one will probably need to have a degree in medicine, finance and the culinary arts.

2. Great mobility and patience is a requirement- you will need to be on your feet most of the time

4. Total dedication and commitment - there are no breaks available. You Can have lunch when the associate is done eating their lunch.

5. Once again total dedication to the job is required as you May have to stay up with an associate during the night.

6. Depending on the number of associates assigned to you, you may have to change your life totally your life - no vacations.

Working terms/Hours: 
1. Working 135 hours plus a week - 24/7..
2. Workload will increase during all major holidays - Christmas and New Year's included.

Terms: 
We are required by law to let you that this position comes with NO PAY - the title on your resume and the perks from the origination and is considered sufficient compensation.
