FH/Kenya (Food for the Hungry), a Christian Relief and Development NGO – with offices in Marsabit, Sololo, Meru , Isiolo and Nairobi seeks to recruit for the following urgent  positions for the Marsabit office. –


MISSION STATEMENT
God called and we responded until physical and spiritual hungers ended worldwide.  In order to accomplish this vision, FH seeks to walk with churches, leaders and families in overcoming all forms of human poverty by living in healthy relationship with God and His creation. 

Position Titles:         Data Clerk  - to be based in Marsabit office
Reporting to:              Health and Nutrition Coordinator
Contract Period:       January  to  30th April 2014
Application closing date:   9th January 2014

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
1.                  Attend the ProPAN Training
2.                  Enter data using ProPAN software
3.                  Review outputs to detect data entry errors or suspicious values
4.                  Report any suspicious data points to Supervisors

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE (MINIMUM)
1.                  Must be a committed Christian and willing to support FH/Kenya Vision and Mission statement.
2.                  Diploma in IT, Statistics or its equivalent from a reputable training institution.
3.                  Experience in data entry for Nutrition and Health surveys
4.                  Experience in using Epi-Info and SPSS will be an added advantage
5.                  Computer literate especially in MS Word, Excel and Internet
