Field Services Support Manager

We are a blue chip company, a leader in the broadcasting media sector. Due to expansion and growth, the following position has risen in our organization. The Position will be based in Nairobi and it’s going to be on a contract basis.


FIELD SERVICES SUPPORT MANAGER-CONTRACT
Outputs
·         Dedicated Field Services Person appointed
·         Undertake Monthly Audits on 5% of all Installations countrywide
·         Submit Monthly Reports
·         Ensure Installer Training is up to date
·         Installer Website maintained
·         Training done on installer Application interface ERP system
·         Installer Manual Up to date with new products and Technology.

Responsibilities:
·         Decoder Repair Process Finalized and Signed
·         Decoder Repair Centers Accredited
·         Decoder Repair Centers once a year Audited
·         Spares and Accessories Logistical Process working with minimal delays
·         All Decoder Repair Technicians trained.
·         Faulty Decoder Backlogs Managed.
·         Agreements in place between Decoder service providers (Pace) and all Repair Facilities.
·         Monthly Reports received from all Repair Centers
·         Support and manage all technical problems
·         Ensure all installers are up to date with IPTV systems and understand the different systems available.
·         Distribute all relevant Technical Information to all installers
