  • Supervising On Site Activities And Monitoring Job Progress
  • Performing Qualitative And Quantitative Control On The Job Site
  • On Site Record Management
  • Overseeing Onsite Activities Of Multiple Subcontractors And Laborers
  • Ensuring Cleanliness And Safety On The Job Site
  • Managing Job Schedules
    Required Skills and Experience  
  • Extensive Supervision Experience in Commercial and Industrial Building Construction Industry Especially Power Line Construction of at least 3 years.
  • Familiarity With Construction Industry Customs And Best Practice
  • Proficient in M/S Office (Word, Excel, Access and Outlook) and AutoCAD/Arch card.
  • Ability to Supervise the QA/QC Activity of Contractors and Subcontractors.
  • Outstanding Ability to Interpret Blue Prints.
  • Uncommon Ability to Meet and Effectively Set Priorities.
  • Ability To Select Train And Maintain Staff.
  • Strong Team Building And Interpersonal Skills
  • Good Conflict Resolution and Communication Skill.
    Education  
Associated Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or Business Management with Construction Skills from Any Recognized Learning Institution.
