An exciting role has arisen in the Circulation Department and we wish to fill the position of a Customer Service Executive competitively. We invite Applicants who are experienced, self- motivated, result-oriented and dynamic.
The job entails copying of orders received from distributors, making changes as required and processing striplists and labels.


Key responsibilities

  • Receiving sales orders from distributors and making the desired changes on the formatted master distributors striplist;
  • Checking and ensuring that the changes are made accurately and reflected in the striplist by area;
  • Signing off the changes made to the customers Service Supervisor for processing within set deadlines;
  • Receiving the printed labels, striplists and summarizing for counterchecking;
  • Running the weight and advising the NCD Transport Supervisor accordingly;
  • Packing labels and striplists in accordance with the established procedures;
  • Opening accounts for new clients, updating contracts and making the necessary changes thereof.
 
Required Skills:
  • At least a Diploma certificate
  • Proven Computer skills
  • At least 3 years working experience
  • Confident and pleasant personality
  • Ability to work in teams
