Aga Khan University Hospital, Nairobi invites applications for the position of Administrative Clerk
Responsibilities
​The Administrative clerk is responsible for supporting the Finance Officer in all administrative duties. Specifically, the incumbent will:

  • Provide front / desk receptionist service at the General Accounts Front desk
  • Receive and record incoming department documents
  • Act as liaison contact in the Finance Department next to the Finance Officer
  • Record and take the authorized cheque/payments to the signatories, and follow up as necessary
  • Notify suppliers /clients to collect the cheques once ready within agreed timelines
  • Issue cheques / withholding tax certificates
  • Maintain updated cheque registers at all times and be the custodian of signed cheques
​Applicants must:
  • have a Higher Diploma in Business Administration
  • have at least one year in a similar position with experience working in a busy Finance Department as an added advantage
Accounting knowledge is an added advantage.
