Key responsibilities:    Reconciliation of customer accounts;
    Debt collection;
    Supporting the sales team and debt collectors with the relevant information;
    Preparation of debt management reports on time;
    Handling client queries and responding on time.

Required Skills:    

Qualifications, experience & skills required: 

    Business related degree;
    CPA Part II;
    At least 5 years debt management experience;
    Proven track record of debt collection;
    Good negotiation and coordination abilities;
    Good client relationships management & engagement; and
    Excellent communication analytical and reporting skills.
