Receptionist vacancy (20K – 30K)
Our client is a real estate company that provides a comprehensive property agency service offering highly professional assistance on residential sales, lettings, property management, property search and real estate investment. They are looking to hire a receptionist to join their team.
Key responsibilities
• Provides office services by implementing administrative systems, procedures, and policies, and monitoring administrative projects.
• Client service and customer service
• Maintains workflow by studying methods; implementing cost reductions; and developing reporting procedures.
• Creates and revises systems and procedures by analyzing operating practices, record keeping systems, forms control, office layout and implementing changes.
• Provides information by answering questions and requests.
• Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
• Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects; expediting work results.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Degree/ Diploma in admin/ secretarial studies/ front office
• Must be good looking and presentable
• Experience working in real estate as a receptionist
• Age 23yrs and above.
