We invite applications for the position of Food and Beverage controller. We require an F&B Controller with experience in a hotel, or restaurant organization in a similar position. The successful candidate will be computer literate and have experience of working with F&B software control programs. Pre opening experience with the setting up of a food and beverage control system will be an advantage.
