The Bureau is seeking qualified and experienced persons to fill the following position based in Head office and County Level: -

 MANAGER, INTERNAL AUDIT KLB 9 (1 position)

He/ she will report to the Managing Director.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Control and supervise operations of the Internal Audit of the Kenya Literature Bureau.
• Ensure maintenance of high Audit standards within the Kenya Literature Bureau.
• Set audit priorities and prepare an annual Audit plan.
• Execute compliance Audits.
• Advice management on improvement of internal processes and process risk control.
• Perform adhoc audits on request by internal or external parties and after approval by the Managing Director.
• Supervise and manage internal audit team and ensure optimal use of resources.

Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in commerce or relevant area.
• Be a holder of CPA (K).
• Be a member of ICPAK.
• Have worked for a minimum period of eight years in a reputable organization, five of which must be in a seniormanagement position.
• Be computer literate.
• Possession of MBA degree or its equivalent from a recognized institution will be an added advantage.
