We are a blue chip Company, a leader in the broadcast media sector. Due to expansion and growth, the following position have come up in our organization:

Assistant Stores Clerk

Responsibilities:
·         Sales reconciliations of delivery and sales on weekly basis
·         Processing of stocks and packaging for delivery
·         Responding to Customer queries forwarded by installers and agents daily.
·         Collating trade orders and ensuring the same is picked and dispatched.
·         Invoicing retail orders.
·         Ensuring the retail orders are billed correctly to the retail accounts.
·         Working closely with credit control to ensure retailers owing are not restocked without payment.
·         Prepare weekly and monthly stock movements reports.
·         Assist in general management of the warehouse and stocks.
·         Any other tasks that might be assigned by your Manager.
Job Qualifications and core competencies
·         Diploma in a Business Field or Logistics or Purchasing and Supplies.
·         Some accounting knowledge a definite advantage.
·         Experience in store keeping will be an added advantage
·         Strong computer skills.
·         Ability to work under pressure and deliver quality results and meet deadlines.
·         Honesty and integrity.
·         Excellent communication and demonstrated ability to work with people.
·         Team player, flexible and adaptable to different work conditions.
