Sales Administrators
We are a blue chip Company, a leader
in the broadcast media sector. Due to expansion and growth, the following
positions are available in our organization:
Sales Administrators – 2 Positions
Service delivery requirements include:
·
Track sales data/Performance using relevant sales
tools for the entire sales team.
·
Provide ample support to upcountry teams in terms of
order placement, shipments, stocks, sales reports/ communication from head
office.
·
Monitor the activities of the teams and ensure
compliance in terms of reporting time and procedures on an ongoing basis.
·
Verify the authenticity of sales commission claims
fortnightly.
·
Update the board of fame and corporate performance.
·
Keep record of all sales activities as per the sales
Activity grid.
·
Assist to coordinate sales events that may require
demos, exhibitions, launches etc.
·
Keep records of LPO’s, sales training materials,
corporate agreements and or partnerships.
Job Qualifications and core competencies
·
A University Degree in Sales or Business related field
·
A thorough knowledge and understanding of Excel and
spreadsheet and other figure software.
·
Analytical, an eye for detail and an alertness to
blend with a team that is vibrant.
·
Ability to organize, arrange and plan with precision.
·
Flexibility to adapt to dynamic roles within short
time frames, within targets and an eye to the ball.
·
You will be a data/ numbers, statistical and graphical
person.
