Job Role
•Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions;
•Maintains customer records by updating account information.
•Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem;
• Maintains financial accounts by processing customer adjustments
•Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
•Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Requirements
· A Fresh Graduate 2011-2013
· Any Degree
· Proficiency in computer packages especially excel, internet and word.
· Good communication both verbal and written
· Good organization skills
· Attention to detail
Salary 15,0000-20,000
