Finance and Administration Manager

Traidcraft fights poverty through trade. A Christian response to poverty, we are best known as the UK’s leading fair trade organisation and are engaged in a wide range of trade and development activities.
Our East Africa programme works primarily in Kenya and Tanzania. It seeks to enable poor producers to grow their businesses, find markets and engage effectively and equitably in trade. Working in partnership with local organizations the scale of our work in the region has grown in recent years and we are aiming to maintain that growth.

We are seeking a dynamic individual with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a ‘can do’ attitude with a flexible, responsive approach to the requirements of the role. You will be willing and able to handle a diverse range of tasks and to contribute as necessary to support the work of a small team.
