QUANTITY SURVEYOR
Qualifications and experience
o    A Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
o    Higher National Diploma in Building Economics or Quantity survey
o    Eight years experience in the construction sector with at least three (3) years as a Quantity Surveyor.
o    Proficiency in Ms. Project, Ms. Excel and any other QS software
o    Excellent planning and analytical skills
Duties and Responsibilities
o    Set up and integrate monitoring systems for budget control.
o    Cost planning and commercial management during the entire life cycle of the project from inception to completion
o    Risk Management
o    Commercial and legal contract administration
