Accounts Managers

We are beverage distribution Company based in Nairobi. We are seeking to employ Accounts Managers whose primary responsibility is developing and maintaining of long – term relationships merchants. He/She will be required to recruit, manage and maintain merchants in the assigned territory profitably. 
 
Responsibilities:
  • Build new relationships with distributors
  • Conduct marketing initiatives in the assigned area
  • Drive and enhance customer service
  • Contribute to merchant business growth.
  • Create weekly reports and daily updates.
  • Other tasks as required by the company management.
 
Skills Required
  • Performance Management – The incumbent must have proven experience of performance management
  • Retail experience – It is highly desirable that the individual to have previous retail experience 
  • A go-getter attitude - It is mandatory for the incumbent to have a strong passion for sales and focus on delivering results
  • Technology – The individual should be conversant with IT to allow the appropriate creation of report, using Excel and Word.
  • Articulate – The individual must be sufficiently articulate to converse with a small trader to the management team of an established corporate.
 
Education:
  • Bachelors degree. Experienced Diploma holders will be equally considered
