Part-Time Facilitators
Capacity Africa Institute is looking for part-time facilitators with training expertise to support their training programmes in the East African region. We are looking for proven trainers in:
1. International financial reporting ( IFRS)
2. Executive public speaking & business presentation skills
3. The 7 habits of the most effective people
4. Professional writing skills -, reports,business proposals,reviews,corporate letters
5. Strategic Planning and management
6. Effective office administrator and personal assistant.
7. Finance for non-finance managers
8. E-marketing and social media marketing
9. Hands-off manager skills training
10. High impact Sales skills training.
11. Transformational leadership skills
12. Budget formulation and management
13. Procurement and supply chain management
14. Excellent communication skills
15. Excellence customer service
16. Tax & Compliance For Hr Managers, Admin Managers & Payroll Management
17. Fraud & Internal Controls Training
18. Strategy, Corporate Governance & Risk Management Training
19. Marketing
Qualifications
The incumbent must have:
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
- Strong communication skills including cross-cultural competence
necessary
- Ability to work independently without supervision as well as in a team;
- Strong written communication and report writing skills in English;
- Professional Integrity
Education
- Must possess a Bachelor Degree. A Master's degree or above will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in report writing.
- Proficiency in computer applications
- Strong background and ability in participatory training methodologies.
Minimum experience
- Should have at least 5-10 years training experience.
- Proven experience in institutional capacity building with the ability
to prepare instructional materials such as course outlines, training
content, handouts, reference materials, etc
Other experience:
- Significant field experience in Kenya, South Sudan, Rwanda, Uganda, Tanzania,
,Somalia and other parts of Africa is desirable
