Sales Representative/Customer Care Representative


The position reports to the Head Sales.

The overall job purpose is to Builds business by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients.

Duties/responsibilities:

Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
Manage incoming customer requests accurately and promptly.
Grow the sales volume
Conduct site visits to gather proper and right information.
Customer relationship- Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance
Collection of sales proceeds within the set timelines.
Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
Team work.
Any other duties as given by supervisor or management.


Requirements

Minimum of a Diploma in Sales and Marketing
Must have worked in the service or Technical industry for 2 years or has a 3 years experience selling fast moving consumer goods.
Effective Interpersonal skills
Good selling and presentation skills.
Good communication skills.
Excellent planning skills
Person Specification:

Must be of high integrity; work with minimum supervision, results driven and self motivated, well groomed.
