Assistant Property Manager


Responsibility
  • ·         Monitor and direct rental activity through direct sales and marketing
  • ·         Assist in timely collection of rent
  • ·         Preparation of al leasing documentation
  • ·         Supervisory and administrative functions
  • ·         Purchase of exterior/interior refurbishment materials
  • ·         Record keeping of stocks, re-order levels for replenishments of materials

Qualifications
  • ·         A degree holder in a relevant field
  • ·         Minimum of 2 years related experience preferably in furbished and serviced apartments
  • ·         Strong sales and Customer service experience
  • ·         Strong project management & supervisory skills
  • ·         High integrity, team player, leadership, meeting of deadlines and interpersonal skills is a must
  • ·         Computer skills required
  • ·         Effective written & Communication skills
