Assistant Property Manager
Responsibility
- · Monitor and direct rental activity through direct sales and marketing
- · Assist in timely collection of rent
- · Preparation of al leasing documentation
- · Supervisory and administrative functions
- · Purchase of exterior/interior refurbishment materials
- · Record keeping of stocks, re-order levels for replenishments of materials
Qualifications
- · A degree holder in a relevant field
- · Minimum of 2 years related experience preferably in furbished and serviced apartments
- · Strong sales and Customer service experience
- · Strong project management & supervisory skills
- · High integrity, team player, leadership, meeting of deadlines and interpersonal skills is a must
- · Computer skills required
- · Effective written & Communication skills
