Food and Beverage Controller
Kenyatta University wishes to recruit qualified and dedicated applicants for the following vacant position:
Food and Beverage Controller
Applicants must be holders of KCE division IV/KCSE mean grade D+ (plus) and above. They must have minimum professional qualification of Certificate in Front Office operations from a recognized institution.
In addition applicants must have the following:
At least three (3) years work experience as a Food and Beverage Controller in a three
(3) to five (5) star hotel
Computer literate
His responsibilities will include the following:
Taking stock
Ensuring quality and pricing of all delivered goods
Making control reports
Maintaining stock levels
Terms of Service:
The terms of service for the above include a generous medical scheme, house allowance and commuting allowance. Successful candidates will be offered two (2) year renewable performance - based contract and gratuity will be paid at the end of the contract.
