Manager- Medical Centre

The key responsibilities of this role will include but not limited to:-
1.        Leading in business model (mission, vision, structure tree ) implementation in line with the Hospital’s goals and plan within the medical centre
2.        Planning and managing day to day operations and serving as a resource in provision of patient care and unit activities in line with Organizational and regulatory policies and procedures while ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
3.        Formulating and implementing policy and procedures to ensure timely decisions that directly impact patient care.
4.        Responsible for quality, health and safety within the medical centre  including reviewing activity data and forecast and ensuring preparedness for all changes needed with the medical centre.
5.        Supervising, Directing, Developing, medical centre staff and providing managerial support as required achieving highest levels of performance including coaching staff to develop problem solving and decision making skills.
6.        Function as the medical centre liaison with patients, businesses, hospitals, academic administration, and faculty.
7.        Ensure maintenance of accurate on-site Medical Records and Financial administration and ensuring that all data is collated and analyzed as required
8.        Determine annual goals for the medical centre, preparing budgets & plans accordingly & provide regular reports on business performance in relation to goals. 
9.        Ensuring budgetary control and implementing functional controls to achieve Medical Centre profitability and mitigate risks.
10.     Ensure Superior Customer Experience to all internal and external clients

Qualifications and Skills
1.        At least 5 years relevant  experience , 2 of which must be in managing a medical centre or a busy casualty
2.        A diploma from a reputable organization in any medical area.
3.        A Bachelor’s Degree in any medical area will be a definite advantage.
4.        Previous experience managing a medical centre or a busy casualty is a must
5.        Good working knowledge of finance procedures, reporting and MIS is required.
