Responsibility
• Should be able to manage overall business development for IT solution and service sales in the country of responsibility 

• Should be responsible for managing entire sales and marketing operations in Kenya
 

• Guide the local sales work force in building their skills for various sales activities like making quality presentations, handling customer objections, negotiation skills
 

• Need to deliver sales by developing relationships with retail partners, managing all strategic alliances/partnerships, identifying and reporting on business opportunities in target markets
 

• Need to achieve targets for revenue, profitability and sales growth
 

• Should be capable to build workforce capacity in the areas of: Business Development, Sales & Marketing, Account Management and Project Management

Requirement
• Candidates with Post Graduation with Science background 

• Overall 10+ years of experience in the industry with minimum 6+ years of experience in a managerial/leadership role in IT sales
 

• Experience in managing multiple customer across geographies
 

• Experience in managing Multi-vendor/SI Program
 

• Maintaining good networking skills across the industry and proven people leadership
 

• Excellent, proven interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills in both technical and non-technical, and the ability to work with a diverse group of individuals in a professional and service-oriented manner
