FH/Kenya (Food for the Hungry, Kenya) a Christian relief and development agency seeks to fill the following vacant positions in Marsabit and Sololo regions.


POST TITLE:                                                         CDP COMMUNITY OFFICERS (3 POSITIONS)
REPORTING TO:                                                  CDP SUPERVISOR
                DUTY STATION:                                                                MARSABIT AND SOLOLO                                                             
CLOSING DATE FOR APPLICATIONS:        7TH SEPTEMBER, 2012

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES


·                     Implement the programs and projects of FH/K within the strategic and operational indicators stipulated in the CDP manual.
·                     Establish and maintain project and activity documents.
·                     Program Support duties.


QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE (MINIMUM)


  • Diploma holder in Social work/community development/project management
  • Experience in working with children/NGO experience
  • Understands child development
  • Experience in writing reports and success stories
  • Computer skills
  • Motorbike riding and valid driving license
  • Must be a committed Christian
  • Knowledge of the local language an added advantage.
