Final Project Evaluation

The United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) wishes to undertake a final project evaluation of HIV and Drug Use Prevention Among Most at Risk Populations in Kenya.
To achieve this, UNODC is seeking the services of two (2) independent national consultants who will be required to work together to deliver on this assignment.
