PAYABLES ACCOUNTANT (REF: FIN/PAY/01/2012)

Roles;
 -Responsible for providing financial and administrative support through processing of accounts payables transactions in order to ensure effective, efficient and accurate financial and administrative operations.
-Streamline the supplier payment process including scheduling of payments..
-Review and check all invoices received with a view to establish their authenticity and accuracy
-Maintain a log of all disputed invoices and report monthly on action taken to resolve them

Requirements
  • A Bachelor’s degree in commerce (preferable).
  • CPA III.
  • Have at least two years post qualification experience.
  • Have excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
  • Analytical and problem solving skills.
  • A proactive and results oriented individual.
  • Good computer Proficiency on MS Office.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
